No matter where I take the boy-child, all his almost-year old life people have commented on his personality. Friends, families, and strangers seem to gravitate towards him. If you haven't met him in "real life" I can't wait until you can because it is true he has some kind of awesome people power.
I am not entirely sure where he gets it. Andy and I like to be around friends, but in truth around strangers we are a little more reserved. Not Owen.

We think it might be some genes that are making their way via Grandma Rose, Grandma Barbara, and Aunt Rebekah. Three of the most social ladies I have ever met. None of them have ever met a stranger. You should try going shopping with the three of them! You will here approximately 4 to 5 life stories of fellow shoppers and cashiers before you can leave a store!
Anyways, the boy has charm. It is one my most favorite things about him. When we go to the grocery store I usually allocate around 15 extra minutes for all the schmoozing he likes to do with the fellow shoppers. The funny thing is, he does not discriminate based on age or gender. Grandpas, grandmas, college girls, moms with toddlers, bachelors, college guys.... it does not matter he would love to talk it up with you and help you with your problems.

He is quite a guy.
